Cancellation Policy
- 30 Days in Advance – Full refund
- 15-29 Days in Advance – 50% refund
- 7-14 Days in Advance – 25% refund
- 6 or Fewer Days in Advance – No refund
- Anyone who is late and is not at the trailhead at the time of tour departure will be considered a “no-show”. Campbell’s Racing Sled Dogs will retain the full amount of the tour cost. Please call or text us if there is potential that you will be late as will do our best to accommodate the situation.

Cold Weather Policy
In Saskatchewan, cold weather is common, and we always monitor it closely. We prefer to run our tours in -25°C weather or warmer. If we determine that it’s too cold to run the tours, we will contact you to offer a full refund or the option to rebook your tour.
