Moonlight Run Tour

2 Adults – Run starts 30 minutes after sunset

This is a limited tour, scheduled so we can travel our trails by the light of the full moon—and, if we’re lucky, beneath the dazzling Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis. This is Aaron’s favourite time to head out with the dogs. Picture the quiet of the night, the sounds of nature, just you and the dogs under a sky illuminated solely by moonlight or the vibrant colors of the aurora, experiencing the wilderness like never before. It’s perfect for a unique date night or an unforgettable adventure with friends—memories you’ll talk about for years to come!

The tour will start with an introduction to the sport of mushing, touching on the history, equipment and care/feeding of our dogs. You will also be taught how to harness and hook up the dogs.

The length of the entire tour, including pre-ride and post-ride is approximately 1.5 hours. This allows for around 15 minutes at the beginning and 15 minutes at the end to learn about our dogs, help get them ready, and then at the end help unhook them and reward them with your cuddles. The time on the trail is approximately 60 minutes.
